POLICY AGREEMENTS

I have read and understand the 2026-2027 Team Handbook.

I understand that failure to abide by policies may result in dismissal.

I understand the consequences for not abiding by the team and academy policies.

I will support the BCS staff and students, and will maintain an encouraging and positive attitude.

I understand onto which team my child has been placed, and I will trust the BCS staff and their process.

DATES

I understand that all dates listed in the 2026-2027 Team Handbook are MANDATORY.

I have put all dates and studio closures into my calendar, and have checked for any conflicts in advance.

I understand that my conflicts may not be the conflicts of others, and dates/times will not be changed to meet my personal scheduling needs.

I will notify BCS of any attendance conflicts that may arise as soon as possible.

I understand the attendance policy and the difference between excused and unexcused absences.

I understand that rehearsal in June, as well as ballet & tech classes, is required for Company before Nationals.

I understand that summer Nationals are MANDATORY for Company.

CONDITIONS

I understand that I must wait 48 hours after the end of a competition to discuss any unsatisfactory results or issues with a director.

I understand that if I need to withdraw my child from team, I will still be held responsible for all team fees, and will forfeit my child's costumes.

I understand that if my child withdraws or is dismissed from a team, I will still be responsible for choreo fees, tuition & team fees.

I understand that tuition payments are not recurring monthly payments, but rather installments to pay down a total balance due.

I understand that team fees are paid to competition & costume companies up-front by BCS, and my team fee payments are reimbursing BCS.

I/my child will abide by the BCS Team Handbook and BCS policies, or 1 understand that my child may be removed from team, with no refunds.

I understand that optional conventions & competitions require registration and payment in full by October 1st.

EMPOWER ONLY

Check if you plan to have your dancer only do minimum requirements

Check if you would like to enroll your dancer in a ballet class for additional technique trining

Check if you plan to enroll your dancer in additional technique classes (i.e. jazz, hip hop, etc)

Check if you would like your Empower dancer to be considered for a solo (NEW!)

Parent Signature

Click "finalize contract" to submit your contract, and pay the team fee deposit. This payment goes toward your first team fee payment, due on August 15th.
