Terms & Conditions

If you are withdrawing within 30 days of enrollment in a new class/lesson, or if it is a summer session, do not use this form.  Also do not fill out this form to transfer your registration to an alternative class.

Upon filling out this form and submitting the $30 administrative fee, the student listed will be dropped immediately from the classes & lessons listed.  The $30 administrative fee covers reversing our registration process, updating class eligibility & waitlists, account audits, updating invoices, and updating budgets. 

 

BCS does not issue refunds.  Tuition will continue to be charged until a withdrawal form is received.  If the student is withdrawing from a recital class, refunds will not be issued for recital costumes, t-shirts, or class supply fees.  In fairness to the choreographer and remaining students in a recital class, withdrawals from recital classes are not permitted after April 1st.   Students who withdraw from ALL classes & lessons and wish to re-enroll will pay an additional registration fee.
