Progressing Ballet Technique is an innovative program developed by Marie Walton-Mahon specifically for students to understand the depth of training muscle memory in achieving their personal best in classical ballet. Sometimes it can be difficult for students to feel which muscles are initiating the correct alignment in their ballet training. PBT uses a fit ball, which is continually mobile under the student’s body. This gives the students an awareness of their posture and weight placement, while allowing them to feel each correct muscle group. This is a non-recital class. 2021-2022 Schedule: Mondays, 5:00-6:00pm Studio 3 View session dates Tuition $61 per month, due Sept 1- May 1 Dress Code Girls wear a leotard, convertible/footless tights, and bare feet.
